Данное противостояние оказало существенное влияние на последующее развитие права Англии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the paper the case of “Courtney v. Glanvill” 1616, which demonstrates escalation of jurisdictional conflict between common law courts and the Chancellery court, is considered.
