INFORMATIONAL TRANSPARENCY OF PUBLIC COUNCILS ACTIVITY UNDER THE EXECUTIVE AUTHORITIES OF KHMAO - UGRA
Abstract
In the article the results of the research of information transparency activities of public councils under the Executive authorities of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Ugra are described. The study has been conducted in 2015 and 2017. The result of the analysis of public space is the identification of positive changes in the activity of public councils and in the presentation of information about them. The author develops recommendations for the coupling back with the population to increase the efficiency activity of public councils under the Executive authorities of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Ugra.
