SYSTEMATIZATION ISSUES OF CRIMINAL STANDARDS THROUGH CRIMES OF DRUG TRAFFICKING
Abstract
The article examines the problems of social relations security on the basis of a system approach. A systematic analysis of drug trafficking patterns and the criminal standards that are opposed to it is conducted. An insufficient consistency of the criminal standards is found, and an attempt of their replenishment is made.
