LABOUR REMUNERATION IMPROVING OF BUDGET INSTITUTIONS WORKERS OF HIGHER EDUCATION OF KHANTY-MANSI AUTONOMOUS OKRUG - UGRA

Abstract

In the article the currently in force pay system in budgetary institutions of higher education of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Ugra is analyzed and innovations in this field are proposed. Proposals for improving the system of remuneration on the basis of sensitive educational services are suggested.
