PUBLIC AUTHORITIES FORMATION THROUGH E-VOTING
Abstract
The paper proposes the future development of electronic voting in the Russian Federation, shows its advantages and disadvantages, and possible improvements. International e-voting experience, and pilot e-voting projects in the Russian regions are covered. Two e-voting legal frameworks have been identified.
