INTERSUBJECTIVE MANAGEMENT IN POST-INDUSTRIAL ECONOMY

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of management reforms, measures to enhance the cooperation between the state, entrepreneurs and citizens, including professionals, its role in solving the problems of economic and socio-political development of regions. It is noted that the development of the economy and social relations and modern Russia in general is blocked by the predominance of repressive and controlling forms of relations between the state and society against the background of relations of consumption, whose ideology is promoted by the bourgeoisie, while ignoring the task of social service and social progress. The characteristics of traditional and modern management techniques are selected. Their capabilities and limitations are shown in the article.
