ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF COMMUNICATION BARRIERS MANAGEMENT IN LLC SIBPROMSTROY № 1
Abstract
In the article the problems of communication barriers on the example of the company LLC Sibpromstroy №1 are revealed. Communications act as a determining condition for the formation of the group and its activity, and communication barriers are an obstacle to the understanding of an interlocutor. Communication, as a composite unit of management technology, must be effective, in this regard one needs to minimise the impact of communication barriers.
