KHMAO - UGRA SCIENTIFIC-INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL DURING POST-INDUSTRIAL SOCIETY FORMATION
Abstract
In this article the problem of the formation and scientific-innovational potential usage as the main factor of territory development in post-industrial society is examined. The estimation of qualitative and quantitative indices of KhMAO - Ugra potential is done and ways of scientific-innovational potential increasing are proposed.
