CURRENT STATE AND TENDENCIES OF NON-CORE ACTIVITIES TARIFF REGULATION IN OIL AND GAS COMPLEX
Abstract
In the article the dual nature of the non-core activities tariff regulation in oil and gas industry: from the core activities - production (extraction, processing and others) and the part of non-core activities - auxiliary and service industries is described. Herewith the tariffs for the current works (services) are crucial for the formation of economic indicators of vertically integrated oil and gas companies. Based on the analysis of the oil and gas industry essence a functioning correlation model of the oil and gas complex is proposed, the algorithm of formation management of interrelation of vertically integrated oil company entities engaged in the core and non-core activities, permitting to achieve balance of entities interests of cooperation and comply with the principles of government regulation of tariff setting.
