Аннотация
В статье рассмотрено дело «Гленвилл против Кортни» 1616 г., которое демонстрирует обострение юрисдикционного конфликта между судами общего права и судом Канцлера. Данное противостояние оказало существенное влияние на последующее развитие права Англии.
