Abstract
The financial statements are on the level with other spheres of life of the enterprise and are not the static phenomenon. It is clear, that data in reports is a reflection of exact business metrics according to accounting rules, but accounting policies and accounting data can undergo changes and adjustments because of the made mistakes. For these actions to be executed routinely, the International Accounting Standard 8 “Accounting Policies, Changes in Accounting Estimates and Errors” has been developed and implemented. The present study describes work with this standard.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the economic and legal aspects of combating corruption in the public procurement of member states of the European Union. Statistical data analysis over the past decade has revealed critical economic trends in the field of European public procurement. A review of European public procurement legislation has demonstrated high unification. Publicity is identified as a key feature of the European anti-corruption in public procurement: the lists posted on open platforms hit the business reputation of corrupt officials.

The article describes the main theoretical approaches to the concept of “company sustainability”. The main integral sustainability indicators of the Interregional Distribution Grid Company are identified, taking into account the priority areas of the energy industry in Russia. The author’s definition of the sustainability of an electric grid company branch is formulated. An integrated evaluation method of an electric grid company branch is proposed.

Abstract
The article studies the signs of the Dutch disease in the transformation of institutions for the distribution of oil rent in conditions of the northern resource-producing region. The composition of the institutions of the oil rent distribution is determined by the level (scale) of their actions and the degree of formalization of norms and rules. The transformation of institutions over 2000–2018, during which the signs of the Dutch disease can be observed, is revealed. It is proved that formalization and politicization of the institutions of the oil rent distribution occur under the influence of the Dutch disease. Incentives for rent-seeking behavior also enhance

Abstract
The article discusses the processes in the economy associated with the transition from the classical model of financialisation to the platform economy and their impact on the financial sector. After analyzing the research of scientists, as well as the current market conditions, the author concludes that financialisation only strengthens its position through the formation and development of platform companies, blockchain technology and start-ups, whose activities are aimed at simplifying the processes of accumulation and distribution of financial resources.

The article describes the basic terms, technologies, assets and concepts of the digital economy. The article presents the results of the analysis of macroeconomic statistics relating to the dynamics of the digital economy penetration and its share in the gross world product. As part of the study, the key problems of increasing housing affordability in Russia are analyzed and described. The conclusion that the implementation of the Housing and Urban Environment national project in the territory of Omsk may be difficult, is drawn. The article explores the issues of environmental crimes prevention. The connection of environmental crimes to acts carried by gangs and criminal communities is analyzed. The article indicates the use of legal entities during the commission of environmental crimes. The high danger of such crimes is explained. Abstract
The article discusses the modern legal regulation of the Schengen Area and the particular aspects of its crossing by foreign citizens in terms of constitutional law. Based on an analysis of the provisions of the Schengen Borders Code of 2016, as well as official statistics, the authors disclose a number of conceptual and practical questions of legal regulation, give recommendations for amending international legal acts aimed at minimizing the subjective factor in the implementation of law enforcement practice.

Abstract
Analysis of the content of article 125.1 of the Russian Federation Code of Criminal Procedure shows how incomplete and inaccurate presentation of opinions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in the legal norms can significantly impede the realization of the constitutional rights of parties to a criminal proceeding. Proposals for the elimination of gaps and incorrectness in the wording of this article are formulated.

Abstract
The article analyzes the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal Law of May 7, 2013, No. 77-FZ “On the Parliamentary Control”, and decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation regarding the regulation of forms of parliamentary control. As a result, the author’s wording of the forms of parliamentary control is proposed. The proposals for improving the Federal Law No. 77-FZ of May 7, 2013, “On the Parliamentary Control” based on the analysis of the statutory provisions and legal views of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation are formulated.
