The article is devoted to the problems of management reforms, measures to enhance the cooperation between the state, entrepreneurs and citizens, including professionals, its role in solving the problems of economic and socio-political development of regions. It is noted that the development of the economy and social relations and modern Russia in general is blocked by the predominance of repressive and controlling forms of relations between the state and society against the background of relations of consumption, whose ideology is promoted by the bourgeoisie, while ignoring the task of social service and social progress. The characteristics of traditional and modern management techniques are selected. Their capabilities and limitations are shown in the article.

The necessity to encourage recycling of products and selective waste collection is substantiated. The recommendations on the organization of the selective collection of waste are suggested.

In the article the analysis of prices dynamics on the world oil market in 2014 is considered, the author's assessment of the impact of lower oil prices on the economy of Russia and other specializing in the export of oil countries is given. The analysis of GDP dynamics of different countries, depending on changes in oil prices is made. The author evaluated the interrelation between oil prices abatement and the GDP of Russia.
